Ensuring that our children reach school safely, comfortably, and on time is an essential part of the education process. At Silkworm Kindergarten & Nursery, our shuttle services prioritize safety, hygiene, order, and parent satisfaction.

Our vehicles comply with all regulations of the Ministry of National Education (MEB). Each vehicle has an experienced guide/assistant teacher accompanying the students. Children are picked up from their home in the morning, safely transported to school, and handed over to the classroom teacher. In the afternoon, they are returned to the address specified by the parent with the same care.

No student is released to anyone other than the parent or a person officially authorized in writing/approved by the parent. In any unusual situation, confirmation is obtained by phone from the parent. Thus, security and transparency are fundamental throughout our shuttle process.

What We Prioritize in Shuttle Service

Safety: Seat belts, child locks, and regular maintenance checks are standard in our vehicles.
Hygiene: Shuttles are cleaned daily and disinfected regularly.
Guide Teacher: A responsible staff member assists children while boarding and exiting and accompanies them during the trip.
Consistent Communication: Parents are informed about pickup/drop-off times; in case of delays, families are contacted immediately.
Comfort: Our vehicles are equipped for safe and comfortable transport suited to children’s ages.
