Silkworm Playgroup and Workshops: Learning Through Discovery and Play

Silkworm Kindergarten and Nursery organizes Playgroup Workshops to support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. These workshops are special programs for children aged 1–4, where they experience their first social interactions, release energy in a safe environment, and gain new skills.

Objectives of the Playgroup

  • Socialization: Developing communication skills with peers, learning to share and cooperate.

  • Skill Development: Supporting motor skills, problem solving, and creativity through play.

Contents of the Playgroup

  • Art Activities: Painting, crafts, ceramics to foster creativity and fine motor skills.

  • Music & Rhythm: Songs, rhythm games, and trying instruments to support auditory development.

  • Active Games: Physical activities that develop gross motor skills, balance, and coordination.

  • Sensory Play: Water, sand, and tactile materials to increase sensory awareness.

  • Drama & Puppetry: Imitation games, storytelling, and role-play to enhance language development.

  • Science & Discovery Center: Simple experiments and discovery areas to stimulate curiosity.

Mother–Child Playgroup: Discover Together with Your Child
The Mother–Child Playgroup is a special program where children socialize with their mothers in a safe and loving environment.
